Baby Birds

Every year mom comes to nest on our front porch. Here is this year's crop of babies. They don't even have their eyes open yet. Mom wasn't too happy with me taking pictures!

Branson is about 3 and 1/2 hours from Bartlesville. It's a great place to get away for a weekend or a week. There are all sorts of shows, places to eat, and outlet shops. There is always something to do!

We played some miniature golf. Here is Josh after a successful hole-in-one!

Oklahoma State Home School Convention

This past week was the annual Oklahoma Christian Home School Conference. OWU was a part of the conference and we had a great time there. The Cox Convention Center was packed. It was a great event to attend.

Oklahoma City is really a fun place. Above is a waterway that is surrounded by great places to eat. This area is know as bricktown.

Here is Mark Molder, OWU's Assistant Director of Admissions. He is getting the OWU table ready for visitors.

Horsing Around

We had a great time fooling around with Ruby Jane today. She's a great horse that just wants attention.

Ruby Jane was looking for the horse treats!

Joy decided to do some bareback riding.

We Have A New Horse

Today we bought a new horse...Ruby Jane. Ruby Jane is a beautiful buckskin and a lot of fun to ride. The picture above shows Josh deciding to ride bareback. What fun!

Above is a picture of Joy taking a test drive. Joy and Ruby Jane became quick friends. Below is a picture of our new horse with Cheri.
